Doctors have reportedly advised against his release. He was scheduled to perform at Drai’s Las Vegas that night, but his appearance was eventually canceled. T.I. took over instead. “Our priority is the health and well-being of our artists,” a representative from the nightclub told Pitchfork. “Everyone at Drai’s wishes Lil Wayne a speedy recovery during this time.” Last year, Lil Wayne suffered a seizure during a flight, forcing the plane’s crew to make an emergency landing in Nebraska. At the time, he was also scheduled to perform in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, Wayne was released from the hospital by Tuesday.
